Reflections

Driving up to LA today reminds me of growing up in this beautiful city of angels... We lived in Chinatown very close to Echo Park. The hill in front of our apartment over looked Dodger Stadium. They also filmed scenes from The Little Rascals there. I have such a love for this city... We did not have much back then but our little apartment overflowed with love. Now I live in the South Bay...it's cool, but it's not LA. Ive noticed that folks that have grown up in the South Bay love it. It's in there heart...they love that they live close to the beach and the cool weather. I get cold so easily, it's not ideal for me, lol. Nevertheless, the same love they have for the South Bay, is the same kinda love and loyalty I feel towards Los Angeles. It's one of a kind and I'm thankful to spend the day here today.
